RPCS3 Version: 0.0.21-13362-c5748983 Alpha

Same as above, with Default Vulkan Settings. (just res set to 150%, 1920x1080) - Requires Force CPU Blit and WCB enabled. At first it froze during opening mini-boss fight. (Possibly when I died, lol), until I set up WAKE UP Delay of 200 - now proceeds past the opening sequence, beyond the boat intro, and into Chapter 1....played a bit on the island...it *MAY BE PLAYABLE*, but needs more testing done by someone.
