RPCS3 v0.0.9-10068-6d32ebec Alpha | HEAD

Game runs around 20 fps through menus.

Once you enter a race, FPS slows down massively to 0-2 frames. Slow on Vulkan and OpenGL. Graphics seem accurate, and the car seems controllable.

(Of course FPS is too low for playable)
