Right, didn't notice they were using an AMD Phenom II X4 820, assumed it was something with SSSE3, my bad.
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

Athlon x64 CPUs do not have the SSSE3 instruction set which is required by RPCS3.

And, yep, i have AMD Athlon™ X2 250 Processor.

The requirements on the quickstart guide (https://rpcs3.net/quickstart) which you need to read to set up the emulator.
As the error above says, your CPU needs to support the SSSE3 extension.

Your CPU does not match the hardware requirements therefore you won't be able to run RPCS3 without a new CPU.
