DX12.

Using PPU 2 / SPU 2 sometime crashes like this

(The menu displays like the other screenshots I uploaded)

In the past screenshots I was using PPU 2 and ASMJIT

Would this be another "AMD vs Nvidia" issue?

I don't get it why would they lock the game at 30fps
The movie files inside the game folder (USRDIR/video) are 59.94fps*

title.avi
Video: DivX 6 1280x720 59.94fps [Stream 00]
menu.avi
Video: DivX 6 1280x720 59.94fps [Stream 00]

Also I'm having a lot of issues in the game selecting menu, missing proper lighting on the cubes and flickering stuff all around. Using latest AppVeyor and the indicated LLE in OP's post.
You using very old build

I'm not. I update the build I use before testing, either from AppVeyor or bigpet, almost every day.
The build I was using was some AppVeyor from yesterday or today.

Yet on your screen you can see that this is an old build

Why last build master

I can't even find commit from the log in the main repo. Be sure to try with latest build.

Probably because the PS3 isn't very good and highly fluctuating FPS isn't very good to play with.

It was this one
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp...d/1.0.1612

Now I tested using this one
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp...d/1.0.1628
(Commit: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/commit/12...50b3f959b5)

Same outcome.
Running with PPU 1 + SPU 1:

Video running with PPU 2 + ASMJIT for the sake of speed and recording (same graphical outcome in both tries)

That was build of PR not master branch (so it had different sha).

I'll try to test resogun later on my rig (with r9 290).
