What windows do you have then? XP? VS 2013 supports Windows 7 SP1 and up.

Probably it fixes the wrong scale when using write color buffers .However , need to test it but i don't have time to compile it unfortunately.

If it doesn't build, then it's 99% meaningless to test it now. Just try again after new commits or wait for merging.
