You are missing flashATRAC.pic file. You have to dump it from your PS3 and place in /dev_flash/sys/external/

That file is part of PS3 firmware, there is no legal way of getting it without a real PS3.

That file is part of PS3 firmware, there is no legal way of getting it without a real PS3.
Maybe someone will download this file to a website?
