I got banned for laughing at a mods message(Ban Appeal)

So, I asked a question in one of the channels on the Discord server, and a moderator responded by giving me a warning, and I proceeded to reply with "?" and the moderator said if you can't follow the rules, then I'm going to ban you, and I replied with a laughing emoji on his message, and then he just banned me. I don't even think I broke an acual rule. Can yall unban me? this mod is just a power trip-sorry if i did break a rule, i am completely unaware of what i did.
