"Cross-mixing game regions may create irreversible damage to the game".
Why does this happen and will it ever be fixed? A few days ago I tried to lauch the European version of "SingStar ABBA" which crashed after finishing compiling. I decided to try lauch the American version but instead I get an error about the game dump being corrupted. I had to download and extract the emulator into a folder I created. Hopefully this problem will be fixed in the future.

*Sorry for my English, I used Google Translate.

There's nothing to fix as that's not an issue, that's per design.
You're not supposed to be mixing files from different game releases, it's not part of any submission guidelines and studios obviously didn't test for that, so it's undefined behaviour at best.
