Problem updating LBP

I tried updating LBP Game of the Year Edition but I thought I could install all the updates at once. It just installed the newest update so didn't work. I deleted the folder in dev_hdd0>game but it won't let me update the game again citing PKG file size mismatch. I tried reinstalling the game but I still get the same error when I try to update it now

PKG file size mismatch means your update package is corrupted, so you need to download your update packages again.

Manage game patches has nothing to do with game updates, it's for emulator patches.
