I've tweaked and tried a lot of different settings to finally get the game to run at 20-30fps which I think is the best I'm gonna get for my system, but I constantly have the same issues where the audio is very stuttered and broken up, and it's constantly slow and behind too, so the dialogue can get stacked up and have multiple lines going off at once if I hit multiple dialogue triggers. I suspect having too much audio stacked up might have also caused the game to crash while I was playing to see if there was a point where the dialogue would start working properly.
For whatever reason Cole's dialogue inside the cinematic comic styled cut-scenes sounds and plays perfectly fine, no stutters or slowed audio, its only in-game dialogue giving me this issue.
