Is there a known issue with RX5700XT/AMD GPUs that causes lower FPS while in windowed mode (Win11)? I'm having this for quite a while (Had an RTX 2060S before and this never happened) Windows install is fresh (From scratch) although it did happen with previous installations too. Drivers should be fine (I use DDU to clean them before installing a new one etc...) Things i've tried: Clear all caches; Fresh RPCS3 "install"; Running RPCS3 as admin; Disabling fullscreen and window optimizations; Chipset and graphics driver reinstall; Running RPCS3 with all programs on backgroud closed; Tried all games i have (all of them have this problem, doesn't matter which settings, defaults or adjusted from compatibility page).
