PS3_DISC.SFB.txt (Demon's Souls)

Hello I'm working with a disk copy of Demon's Souls and am getting this error 
"E LDR: Disc game BLUS30443 found at invalid location /dev_hdd0/game/
E LDR: Failed to move disc game BLUS30443 to /dev_hdd0/disc/ (Already exists) "
I have seen the responses that tell you to rename your PS3_DISC.SFB.txt but I am completely unaware of where it even is, help would be greatly appreciated!

PS3_DISC.SFB won't have a txt extension when dumped with the methods on our guides, those are very old tips.

You either have a disc game on the invalid directory as indicated on the log or you don't have the disc version. Post RPCS3.log file as indicated on the guidelines.
