Hello, new user hear.
So I'v seen a lot of people suggesting that I use Vulcan as my renderer however, it doesn't appear in the drop-down menu. I've looked online and know that Intel supports Vulcan but i cant figure out how to access it. so, how do I, an idiot, get the vulcan api. thanks in advance!

It's Vulkan, not Vulcan.
If it doesn't appear for you, then your GPU doesn't support it or your GPU drivers are not properly installed.
You need a Skylake iGPU or above to use Vulkan.
