Which game version does rpcs3 show in the default list view? The version of the game on disc or the one after updates?

I was playing Dragon's Crown [BLUS30767], which shows version 1.00 in the game list, even after installing 1.06 update via .pkg. The update however does seem to work since the new features are present in game. Also when the game is started the log says:

S LDR: Updates found at /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30767/!

Disc version is shown, which is always the same.
If you have an installed update, it will use it.
