The game was working perfectly, but when i reach the day 6/5, in the middle of a dialogue the game crashes. Someone could help me?

It also continue to give me this error messages

Doubtful, I'm running a 1080ti and an i7 7700k and the only places i get over 20 fps are dungeons, and in leblanc. Anywhere in the city usually hits 16 max, with the starter zone topping out at 14. Might be best to wait for an improved build, unless you don't mind 10 fps at times.

patches didn't work for me, some people may have the same luck as me...
and yes I did paste my hash in the archive before enabling the patches.

Then you're doing it wrong. Removing the posts with wrong recommendations, ask for support in the support section if you need.
