want to contribute

as a big fan of super robot war, i want to play 2nd super robot war og on pc.
i have wrote emulators of 486,sparc,ti dsp and familiar with llvm and qemu, but know a little about graph.
i'd like to make some contribute to rpcs3 but do not know what i am better to do and where to start.
could any developers give some advises.
forgive me my bad english.
