Fast blow VS Slow blow fuse PSU

Finally i got a chance to replace my old cosair cx550m psu to fsp hv pro 85+ pro 650w . To everyone it look like a downgrade
but to me it's an upgrade. The reason is because this fsp hv 85+ pro 650w psu used a square block slow blow fuse show in picture and link below
compare to the cheapo fast blow fuse used and upward earth cable in my old cx550m psu and this type of fast blow fuse are used in power plug and
typical electronics/electrical products. Results from such upgrade are healthy/genuine computing and audio/visual are more genuine.
Also take note that my power plug does not have fuse. Kindly share your point of view.
