Demons Souls Poor Frametiming

No matter what I seem to do I can't get a smooth frame time. I've tried running it with and without the 60fps patch, I've run it at 1080p and it's native 720p, I've tried using different CPU settings, and I've even tried on my weaker GPU but the result is the same. My hardware is as follows. My drivers seem to be up to date and I'm using the latest version of RPCS3.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
RAM: 32GB 3200Mhz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime x570-P
GPU's: AMD Radeon 6800 16GB, AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 SSD 1TB

Something seems wrong with your dump.
The log is half a GB and there's a huge spam in the console's TTY which is not normal at all.
