Total Newbee

I have a problem that I haven't been able to get around. I am attempting to run RPCS3 on my Steam Deck. It is installed and I have ran an update just this morning. When I run the program, every YouTube tutorial I have seen references I menu bar at the top of the screen that lets you access the file menu. I don't have this menu bar. How do I reach it?

Probably a KDE thing, there should be a system setting to display that menu. Works fine in GNOME.
