Persona 5 (NPUB31848) Not being able to load in save file

I recently opened up Persona 5 on rpcs3 after not touching the game for a couple of weeks. I installed the latest version of rpcs3 as it notified me to and loaded up the game. When I tried to load into my save file, it gave me this message, "Selected data contains downloadable content you do not have the ownership rights to, so the game cannot be resumed." When I first downloaded the game, I downloaded all the DLCs that I wanted and it worked perfectly fine without any errors when I first ran the game. I am really confused about why this happened as I have not done anything to the files of the game. I saved the file and I tried redownloading the game and the DLCs but it didn't work. I also tried to redownload rpcs3 but this didn't work either. I spend over 80 hours on this save and this is the only save I have on the game so if there is a solution, please notify me.

When I downloaded all the DLCs, the site I downloaded it from didn't include this file but when I loaded up the game, it worked fine for me. I'm going back to the site I downloaded the DLCs from and I can't find the download for this file. Only the EU version is there but the US version is not.
