When I boot RPCS3 I get a RPCS3: Fatal Error. If I let the error screen sit long enough I then get a Vulkan Check timeout Queryin for Vulcan-compatible devices taking too long.

I can then hit ignore and RPCS3 starts. however Vulkan does not show as selectable only open GL.

I can then start a game I can make it to the main menu but when I leave the main menu the game hangs up loading shaders.

Here is a link to the log file RPCS3 log file

Your GPU driver is way too outdated, no idea how you let it become that outdated with a recent GPU. Update it and it should work.
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

I am really confused every time I check for an updated Driver it says I have the latest drivers.

I went through and updated my drivers and I still get a fatal exception error here is the log for that.   Log after update   If I let the fatal error stay on my screen it will eventually let me open the program with another error that I can hit ignore on.
