Cannot build with VS2019

Can't build from source using VS2019 anymore. When trying to build the latest source, I get a ton of errors mentioning "__builtin" functions. Never had those errors before.
Tried re-cloning and rebuilding the BUILD_BEFORE libs, still getting errors. I've been building RPCS3 from source for a long time, never had any issues (apart from LLVM updates requiring a clean build).

Never mind, fixed myself. It turned out that LLVM was picking the wrong version of SDK.
