Game-Play Status:
Launches as normal (30-60FPS) , plays the intro FMV (30-60FPS) and will get to the Main Menu (500+ FPS).
You CANNOT get past the main menu because the servers are not currently up.
(however there is a private server (WIP) that will soon be opening to the public.)

 I have updated my thread title to comply with posting guidelines. Totally missed the Dash in the TitleID , Thank you for informing me while still allow the post to go through. I did not save a copy of my OP and am very happy I don't have to re do it

UPDATE (Patch 1.61 & Cold Front DLC)

Custom Configuration Required! (see attached images or read adjustments defined below)
- CPU Config > PPU Decoder > Interpreter (fast)
- Network Config > Network Status > Connected
- PSN Configuration > PSN Status > RPCN
(keep in mind that you will not be able to connect to the games online server)

There is some noticeable slow downs at the title screen... The game definitely performs differently when updated to 1.61 and Cold Front DLC added

I feel that this video is very helpful for the improvement of this game , even without a log.
