Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus [BCES01908]

The game randomly freezes, sound continues. In game I can see graphic bugs (screenshot) and low FPS. I tried all settings from guides from youtube, but it did not help to fix random freezes or graphic bugs. I think I have low FPS because I'm using Intel Core i3-8100. I can buy new processor,  but I can not fix this bugs and play this game. It has serious troubles, which must be fixed.
