Loading games not working

Whenever I try to start any game such as sly cooper 1, it does not work. I tried starting it and it gave me a wight screen and says I have zero FPS.

Here is what my log says at the end:

If you know what’s wrong pls tell me what I should do

Read the minimum requirements on the Quickstart Guide, we wrote them for a reason. Your PC is below minimum requirements.
