Tested US version of Katamari Forever and it plays flawlessly for me. No glitches observed and no frame drops.

Hardware/Software

3700X @ 4.350 GHZ
Corsair DDR4 32GB @ 3733 CL16
EVGA 2080Ti @ 2000 Core / 8100 Mem
Nvidia 446.14 Game Ready Drivers
Windows 10 2004 (most software seems to read this incorrectly including Cinebench and RPCS3 I guess?)
RPCS3 v0.0.10-10477-b75af69c Alpha

RPCS3 0.0.13-11342-d1e78374 Alpha, Firmware version: 4.86
BLUS30336 version 01.00

Intel Core i5-9600k
EVGA RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra Gaming
32GB G Skill F4-3200C16-16GVK

Very Stable with default config.  Remains in the Playable category with default config.

Would recommend the following settings, as it remains rock steady and gets rid of most of the hitching from compiling:
SPU Block Size: Mega
Shader Mode: Async with Shader Interpreter
Multithreaded RSX: Disabled

Multithreaded RSX being enabled causes, for me, microstutters in BLUS30336.
