Is there a way to control right analog stick with mouse

Hi all i would like to know if there is any way to use the mouse to control the right analog stick i have tried quite a few different programs but thay all use hotkeys to enable keys to move the mouse but with doing so disable the the keys.
Hard to discribe if i use w,s,a,d, for example these will move the mouse but you cannot type with them and i would need a 8 way config pcsx2 and other emulators have this option but not yet implermented in rpsx3 any help would be greatfull.
