PS2 GAME | E LDR: Invalid or unsupported file format

HI

I'm trying to run the Primal game of ps2.
The PKG file was extracted perfectly, but I get the following error:
E LDR: Invalid or unsupported file format: C: / *** / dev_hdd0 / game / NPUC97142 / USRDIR / ISO.BIN.EDAT
Also use TrueAncestor_EDAT_Rebuilder with option 3 Fast Rebuild EDAT and replace the ISO.BIN.EDAT file,  but follow the same problem.

RPCS3 doesn't run PS2 Classics.
