can someone tell me if my spec can run rpcs3

hi i was hoping before i spend anymore time someone could take a look at my specs and tell me if id be able run hard corps contra, scott pilgrim, and dragons crown. im able to run games like sfv and mortal x dolphin and other emus but i cant get more than 22 fps on hard corps and scott pilgrim is worse. also fyi i can only use builds that allow 2 core use. so here are my specs somebody please let me know if im wasting my time and if not which build will run these games. Thanks!!

Your CPU is too bad, it can run, but slowly.

Don't if its allowed but I suggest using a program called razer cortex. It can gain 10-15fps on most games, It allows me to run assassins creed orgins from high to a mix of ultra and high. I've tested it with RPCS3 and it doesn't cause any issues. The program just closes things not need while playing and will free some cpu /gpu/ram.
