ingame stable at 59 to 60fps all the time.

I'm on the the same version and still experiencing the severe audio stutter. FPS is a near constant 60fps now though. Is this audio issue affecting you? I saw a video posted about a month ago where the sound issues weren't present yet in the comments the uploader of the video says the sound issues aren't fixed.

the sound is fine only needs high end cpu

3700x seems powerful, try without spu loop shogun.

Didn't work unfortunately. It improved the stuttering a bit but still a severe issue. I tried messing with the audio settings a bit - buffering 100ms, 150ms, changing to openal, it didn't help either. Thanks for the suggestion though.
