Obsolete skipPamf option

Why was the option to skip pamf removed? Even though Disgaea 3 and The Guided Fate Paradox no longer hang without it, it could still potentially be useful for testing other unknown games, and it can still be considered an enhancement to games with videos that can't be skipped.

Or am I missing something here?
