The only setting that I changed from stock is the resolution scaling set to 1440p.
I only played about 60 minutes, but it will crash every 15-30 minutes during a loading screen. On top of that, there were a few graphical glitches where the textures would flicker to black, but those were sparse and would usually stop within a couple seconds. The FPS hovered around 25-30 fps.
I would consider it playable if it weren't for the listed issues.
