In the latest update to RPCS3
RPCS3 v0.0.29-15831-8591529a Alpha | master
The compatibility database isn't registered. I roll back to previous build and it shows database info..

Cannot reproduce any issues with fetching database, probably there was a spike in the server and it failed to download it on the CI
If you right click and Download Compatibility Database there shouldn't be any issue
