Ingame. Sometimes for some reason you aren't able to move, like you get some kind of soft-lock but pause menu still works. Disabling frame limit fully unlock FPS and since this game barely uses any SPUs framerate can get very high. ~200-400 FPS depending on scene on my 3600. Also seems like the game can get stuck in loading screens sometimes.
