i tried I7-9750H in many other games not only RPCS3 emulated game other old games and newest games
it seems like there is an cpu compability issue in RPCS3
is there any further expected update with it?

there is no I7-9750H in cpu tier list
is that means the RPCS3 doesn't assist this cpu correctly/completely?

The CPU Tier List is only for Desktop CPUs.
RPCS3 supports any x64 CPU, read the requirements on the quickstart guide.

that's why. my cpu doesn't support 8cores/16threads only 6cores/12threads
