Unable to open after trying many thehods - roinn - 04-15-2023
error of "another instance of rpcs3 is running" but actually no other rpcs3 is runing
already tried update CPU&GPU drivers, not solved
then tried using DDU to replace GPU driver, still the same problem,unable to open
please help
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics
