Playable. On OpenGL, Vulkan has an Issue with the main menus. also has an issue with the menu text mentioned in #9133 as well as z-fighting on the packers player helmets in some cases, seems to be random.
Note: needs read depth buffers to fix pixelated fog in Vulkan.
