Metal Gear Solid 4 [BLUS30109] Audio Buffering issue - Jibachu - 08-18-2022
Hello and sorry for the inconvenience !
While trying to play Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns Of The Patriots BLUS30109 i encountered one major problem with audio buffering.
The menu music won't even play, and the dolby digital intro as an ironic audio lag.
I may have touched to the settings way too much for it's own good while searching for a solution online to be honest.
No problems concerning the fps, it really seems it's linked to either three things:
A. My pc is trash
B. The game is not yet supported by RPCS3 (contrarly to what youtube videos might show)
C. I just really haven't used the right settings for it to run conviniently.
I have been fighting for two days now, trying every bit of information/help i could find on the internet, but it's defeated, that i finally ask your generous help.
Now lets go over the specs :
RPCS3 Version: rpcs3-v0.0.23-14058-8aa58991_win64
CPU : Intel® Core™ i3-9100F CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660
GPU Version : 30.0.14.7196
OS :Windows 10 Ver 21H2
RAM : 8 Go

Forget it, 9100F is garbage for RPCS3, you only have 4 CPU Threads
