RPCS3 Version: 0.0.20-13151-9766d871 Alpha
Tested on: Intel Xeon E3-1240 v5 CPU @ 3.50GHz / NVidia Quadro K2200 GPU (Vulkan) / 16GB RAM
Loads and looks okay. During races FPS was mostly between 10-15 FPS on my machine, so couldn't call it playable although it may well be okay on better hardware.

Played through the first 3-4 races with zero issues. Ran at a consistent 30 fps the entire time and zero crashing.
I would call this playable unless more game time is needed.
