I recently started using my persona 5 rom, but when ever I start a new game after the first cutscene, it crashes while loading. Can someone help?

OpenGL doesn't work on Intel drivers on Windows. Try Vulkan with the latest Intel drivers.
If it still doesn't work, you will have to use Linux, which has proper drivers.
