Hey everyone i hope you are all good today, i recently downloaded the rpcs3 file,opened it with WinRAR but its empty inside, no files only the ... folder. Can you help me?

Use 7-zip (or update WinRAR, but it's best to just uninstall WinRAR and install 7-zip), that happens with ancient versions of WinRAR
