I wonder do i need to upgrade to win11 to run rpcs3 in future ? I'm hoping that i can stick to win10 for rpcs3.

Windows 7 still runs RPCS3, so Win10 should be supported for many years to come.
You can always use Linux.

I'm glad to know that. I have give linux a thought but my pc games, softwares and some drivers don't support linux.
