Multiple Games Freezing - mikkelthepikkel - 04-30-2021

Hi, I'm having a problem where multiple games (NBA 2K11, Skate 3, NCAA Football 14) freeze the game while playing. I can still hear ambience in the background, and to my knowledge there is no crash report. I've read something about manually resuming SPU threads, but frankly I don't know enough about the topic to mess with it.
My Specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core (3.6 GHz)
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
RAM: 16 GB
Driver Version: 466.27 Game Ready Driver (April 29th)

The problem for the most part seems to have fixed itself. Possibly the latest patch? I did get a crash but it's totally possible that the part of the game I was in was not supported. I will put the log in anyway, even though I'm not sure it crashed for the same reason (audio paused, black screen).

Sorry, it happened again. Here's an actually relevant log file.
