Small Update:

Throughout more gameplay, I've noticed extreme micro-tearing in the game, very noticeable. Changing the frame limit from 60 to 59.94 or auto doesn't alleviate it. And turning on VSync causes constant unplayable micro-stuttering.

I've tried recording it with both OBS and Nvidia Shadowplay and it never shows up. So I don't know if this issue is just reliant on my display? So if anyone else experiences the issue please let me know Smile

Another Small Update:

Played on my TV instead of my 144Hz monitor and it still displays the really bad tearing and resulting micro-stutter when using Vsync. On a 60Hz screen, it's very noticeable, unfortunately. Looks like an issue to be resolved, for sure.

The problem doesn't present itself as screen-tearing in the latest build but lots of micro-stuttering. I tried your suggestion and it made no difference.
