Street Fighter® III 3rd Strike Online Edition [NPUB30301] - Game not loading - Rex0 - 09-01-2020
As shown in the pic, right at the first screen where it says "Press Start", once I press Start, the loading wheel shown in the middle appears and just keeps rotating endlessly. The only way to get rid of it is to close the game.
This happens only when DLC is installed in the game, and it happens randomly. Sometimes the game just starts fine with DLC, but many a times it doesn't and this problem occurs. I've noticed that once it starts happening, then even closing RPCS3 and starting it again doesn't fix the issue many a times. You have to just keep trying until you get lucky.
