Cannot use my PS3 saves on RPCS3 - shinyk - 08-08-2020
Hi,
My Ps3 died last month; considering how many games I have, and considering that getting a new PS3 was not an option due to space constrains, I went the RPCS3 route; so I can still use my PS3 disks (I buy mostly physical, not digital).
I made a backup from the PS3 of my savegames; which happened few days before the console died, and I tried to decrypt them and use them on RPCS3 but none of them works. The game straight ignore the savegames, or show them as corrupted. I followed like 4-5 different tutorials on youtube and on other sites, and not a single one did work.
I hope I can use my savegames, especially for games where I put a lot of time in it, like the gundam musou games for example, and other RPG.
I have ps3 save resigner 1.4 and bruteforce save data; not sure if there are newer tools, because the videos I found were all from 2016 or so. Any help would really be appreciated. The savegames were on my main psn account on my ps3
