cant get it to open - cain308 - 06-24-2020
i downloaded the lastest windows version of the emulator but when i try and open the rpcs3.exe file i get a vulcan-1.dll cant be found error, my pc has the specs needed to run this , i am a total newbie to this so i probably did something wrong

You need to reinstall your GPU drivers: use Display Driver Uninstaller, then do a clean install of the latest drivers
