Metal Gear Solid 4 [NPUB31633] Freezes at the bike scene in Eastern Europe - karyuudo - 06-21-2020
Hi guys,
I'm using the latest build of RPCS3 and I keep getting a crash / freeze at the beginning of the motorbike scene in MGS4 just as it gives you control of Snake. I'm not sure if it's my settings, however, I haven't had any issues prior to this playing on my PC.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My PC specs:
Ryzen 9 3900X
32GB of RAM @ 3600

No I'm not. But I wasn't running into any issues with this mainline version until this stage. I'll give this a try and see if it works.

Unfortunately the game just random crashes with the main release, but that custom version lets you play the game from start to finish.
Maybe problems may happen during the Shadow Moses flashback, but clearing the cache should fix that.

Thanks for the suggestion, using this custom build I was able to get past the bike scene and then I jumped back to the mainline build for better performance. The Shadow Moses flashback worked, but after that, the game crashed. I'll have to jump back to the custom build again to move on to the next save point. Appreciate you replying and assisting. :-)
