The emulator will not open because it says it cant find the entry point cxxframehandler4 in the dynamic link library. i have looked on this forum and on google and i cant get it to work. I have the newest version and i have downloaded the software, but i cant use it until the emulator opens. I used to have it on my laptop and it worked there with no problems, but now it wont work on a computer that is much more powerful than my laptop, so i am confused.
