DBZ Budokai low FPS and lag - Sirjoshua93 - 05-24-2020
Hey all, new to this whole emulation world. Watched a few tutorials and got the program running as well as got a game (Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection) ripped and installed from the disk.
The game launches and makes it to the menu but the FPS is below 12 the entire time and super slow. Tried adjusting the CPU and GPU settings but it seems I can only make it worse instead of better. Can I get some help?
